Sculptor Kenny Massey Creates Works of Fine Art

Ken Massey is a rare find. He’s a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. He’s a man with a gentle soul, few words and deep thoughts. Born and raised country, his roots are deeply embedded in a respect for the land, family and community. After a lifetime of providing for and raising his family of five (now young adults), this is his time to express himself through his sculptures. As with many artists, feelings of angst lead to a yearning to release the creative spirit from within. Massey’s vision within rises to the surface, and through his fingertips a sculpture emerges like a clear bubble rising to the water's surface.

Massey takes great pride in his careful selection of each piece of recycled metal. He submerges himself in the process of expression as he cuts, welds, warms, bends, polishes, torches and breathes life into each piece which carries a bit of himself within. It is through his skill, strength, determination, and tenacity that each piece becomes a Ken Massey original.

2005 Massey pond featured in local Parade of Ponds
The Wing pond located on Lake Windsor, WI consists of two ponds joined by a 15' stream. The ponds were professional installed by Massey Landscaping. The upper pond holds 750 gallons with two waterfalls emptying into it and the lower pond holds 1,750 gallons with a skimmer and a 2,500gph submersible pump. The ponds are located under a huge Maple tree which keeps them shaded most of the day. Many plantings are in and around the ponds, and they are also home for Koi, Goldfish and Shubunkins. The upper pond is 2' deep, and the lower pond is 3 1/2' deep.
